Each event is reviewed individually. Ana confirms whether your date and selection are available when she replies to your request.
- A request is not a booking. A date is considered confirmed only when Ana states it in writing after you accept your quote and the conditions in that quote (such as a deposit, if one applies) are met.
- Availability of specific desserts, flavors and seasonal ingredients can change.
- If something is not available, Ana will suggest alternatives.
